Cancellation policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders made during live sales or on our website that are not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed. Any deposit paid will not be refunded. Repeat non-payment may result in refusal of future orders.

Requesting a refund for change of mind is not an option. If you accidentally select an incorrect option, please email us at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
