We want you to love your treasures from Spellbound Crystal Boutique. Each piece is hand-selected with care and intention — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help under the following conditions.
7-Day Return Window
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
After 7 days, all sales are considered final. Thank you for your understanding.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the exact condition it was received (unused, unaltered, and beautifully intact).
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation or receipt).
👉 Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
Custom or made-to-order items.
Digital goods (if applicable).
Change of mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Please note: once parcels are in the hands of Australia Post, delivery times and handling are outside our control.
How to Request a Return
Email us at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
