Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase.
During live sales, holiday seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates (Australia-Wide)
We currently offer shipping across Australia with the following rates:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00 AUD

Flat rate of $15.00 AUD for orders under $150.00
If you require your parcel urgently, please contact us at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com to arrange Express Post for an additional cost.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is usually within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the postal network.
Please allow for possible delays during busy periods or public holidays.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide. However, international shipping is not calculated at checkout.
Please contact us at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com before placing your order so we can provide a custom shipping quote based on the parcel weight and destination.
All international orders are shipped with tracking. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for postal delays, but we will always support you in locating lost parcels. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist with lodging an investigation with the courier.
Packaging & Damaged Items
Each item is thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
