Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.
During live sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates (Australia-Wide)
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
Flat rate $15 AUD for orders under $150.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery is usually within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the postal network.
Please allow for possible delays during busy seasons or public holidays.
Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, delivery times and handling are outside our control.
Packaging & Care
All crystals are wrapped with love, intention, and protective materials.
Fragile pieces are cushioned securely to minimise risk during transit.
Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials.
For transparency and peace of mind, we record the packaging process for each order to verify condition at the time of posting.
Optional Parcel Insurance
Standard shipping does not include insurance.
If you would like your order insured for loss or damage during transit, please contact us before completing your purchase at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com to arrange insurance for an additional cost.
This ensures extra coverage in case of loss or mishandling by the postal carrier. of magic.
Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your treasures from Spellbound Crystal Boutique. Each piece is hand-selected with care and intention — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help under the following conditions.
7-Day Return Window
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
After 7 days, all sales are considered final. Thank you for your understanding.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the exact condition it was received (unused, unaltered, and beautifully intact).
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Return
Email us at sparkle@spellboundcrystalboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
